Our team brings 25 years' experience across construction, defence and infrastructure, including commercial leadership on major UK defence and infrastructure programmes and public sector supply chain experience.
We work alongside owners and delivery teams to strengthen their commercial position, build better contract habits and create a clearer route from pressure to action.
